Somerset hills was the perfect home base for a family visit. Conveniently located to major highways and a varied selection of restaurants and services. The hotel parking lot is small but in a good way. From parking to Check in and check out the transaction was pleasant and quick. Staff was smiling and welcoming all day and night. Isolated. No laundry service.

The reception staff is barebones. The place is in the middle of nowhere. The room is ok for the price. No toothpaste in the bathroom. And unbelievable: there is no laundry service. But you can conveniently walk 2km and bring it to a laundry. I haven’t tried the food and I am hesitant to. Fact is: no other alternative is available.The reception staff is barebones. This is a nice hotel. Mostly, this hotel did a good job. Our thermostat wasn’t working. Wouldn’t even turn on. I kept calling the front desk to see if someone could take a look, but nobody would answer. Tried twice. So I went downstairs to talk to someone. The gentleman at the front desk seemed very flustered. I understand he was very busy, but he was no help. He basically told me there’s nothing… This is a nice hotel. I went to this hotel as I needed to identify the hotels in this area that have fragrance-free sheets, as I am allergic to laundry fragrance. This should be a simple question.
