This was not a perfect stay but it was perfectly handled. Every time we had a problem it was quickly and completely fixed. We also had a breakfast hostess named Tara who was as kind as her smile implied. Beyond being nice she was helpful several times during our week long stay. Then there was Eli, the hotel or grounds man. He helped us with the hot tub and pool then as if that wasn’t enough, he fo… This was not a perfect stay but it was perfectly handled. Victor was very kind, friendly, and helpful when I checked in. Will stay here again if I come back. We were due to check in on September 16 for 2 nights and have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. When we arrived ,we immediately noticed a BIG change and definitely NOT for the better.Hotel had a foul Oder and carpeting was wrinkled and ripped in the lobby.Desk clerk was very rude and definitely didn’t care about the customer. We were told that the hotel is now under a new management team… We were due to check in on September 16 for 2 nights and have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. Thank you for making our stay truly wonderful. Managers take note - she really makes a difference to your guests.
