Definitely not worth the price. The hotel was extremely expensive for what you actually get. At the end of the day, it feels like a regular hotel and nothing about the stay justified the high price.The cleanliness was also disappointing. The refrigerator in the room was not clean, and the chair was not the cleanest either. For the amount they charge, I expected much better attention to cleanliness… Definitely not worth the price. For my wife's 50th HS reunion, we stayed at one of the 'official' hotels. We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was quite large and was well arranged. Compared to a lot of comparable hotels, lighting was very good, and there was plenty of storage space. We even had little basket cubicles in the closet area. Staff has no empathy

I was deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy from the staff at this hotel. Due to a death in the family, I had to cancel my reservation and requested consideration for a reduction of the steep cancellation fee. Every other hotel and airline I dealt with on this trip was at least sympathetic—some even offered concessions—yet this hotel was an exception.The staff not only dismissed my situation… I was deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy from the staff at this hotel.
