    Toilet explosion

    Started off with the toilet screaming for an hour after every single time you flush it, then it got clogged and started overflowing and my bathroom had an inch of water in it. Then it took 4 phone calls to the front desk for them to finally send someone after 15 minutes. Then to clean it he was wringing towels full of toilet water inside of our shower, he finally said it was clean meanwhile it was still covered in water and the outside of the toilet was still wet. We asked him if it completely clean and he said yes but the whole bathroom was still completely soaked. Overall a terrible experience and don’t wish this on anyone.

    A/C didn’t work in first room. Engineering made it worse. They gave me a new room, but I had to move myself. In the morning, Housekeeping skipped my room. Front desk called them in front of me. When I returned to the room 4 hrs later, they had left me towels, but still hadn’t made up the room. I got them to reduce my bill but more problems arose. The property really needs updating. The rooms are in bad shape. More than once, some elevators were not running.The staff was pleasant but totally ineffective at solving problems.Will not be returning.

    I was here for a student convention as a teacher advisor. Everyone on the staff was very courteous and professional. Must be difficult to cater to 500 high school students and they did it with ease. I received a smile and hello from every staff member. Cleaning services were amazing. The staff in the banquet hall were exceptional at all times. I have stayed at many hotels for functions like this and I have never had such excellent service.

    Hosted a conference for high school students, and staff was incredibly helpful. They volunteered to move luggage up the stairs for over an hour and asked for nothing in return. The hotel staff continued to go out of their way to help us and we had a very positive experience.
