This was my first time staying at the Fairfield Inn hotel. Carpet is sticky and the room smells horrible. The bathroom floor is slimy and slippery. I switched to another room. However, both rooms are in the same condition. The parking lot was empty when I checked in around 6:30 pm. I should have known. Stayed in other fairfield inn better compared to this one. Rooms were decent. Breakfast can be better, can add some more options. And also would be appreciated if food counters can be checked and replenished as soon as empty. Plenty of parking.Stayed in other fairfield inn better compared to this one. Rooms were decent. Very conveniently located hotel just off the I-287 road, not far from US1,Garden State Parkway and NJ Turnpike. The hotel has been renovated since our last visit and greatly improved in appearance. There is still a lot of construction equipment in the parking area but it doesn’t impede anything. The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast area was well maintained. Manager Was Unprofessional and Passive Aggressive

I booked a reservation for December 30th and arrived at the Fairfield Inn & Suites btwn 6 and 6:30 pm. The manager on site was very abrupt, passive aggressive and profiled me as soon as I walked in. I politely said hello to start a healthy conversation. Maria (i believe that was her name) was already passive aggressive as we exchange words. The room is ok, everything was reasonably clean. But don't expect breakfast. Everyone is moving around as if they are on a Sunday stroll. I was told breakfast was 6:30-9:30 but at 6:35am nothing was out. So, I called the number, and asked..
