The Director of Sales, Lacqua, was quick to reply to every e-mail sent and very accommodating with a few special requests. I had a reservation at a Marriott property for June 5–6.On June 4, my 15-year-old cat, Layla, who had shown no prior symptoms or health issues, suddenly suffered a life-threatening medical emergency. Clean hotel they only come to change the towels etc every 4th day. They don’t even do the beds or clean the room all the packaging and empty water bottles remain as you leave them. Understand this is a budget hotel but come on guys at least change the bath towels and take the rubbish away. Asked for water to make coffee was told to go to the shop buy water and make coffee. Wouldn’t stay there agai… Clean hotel they only come to change the towels etc every 4th day.
