First room given, the room was not clean. Second room, clerk had to use master key to get us in room. Third, bathtub in that room did not work for my wife to take a bath. So we switched rooms AGAIN & had to switch rooms AGAIN! The fourth room bath tub STILL did not work! I was so annoyed, I asked for a refund & clerk said that only the manager can give a refund so I said I’ll just stay. Th… First room given, the room was not clean. the hotel has an excellent location. My initial check-in was very smooth. Parking was easy and included. The room was very clean. My only glitch was returning back from outside I had to redo my room keys twice. The initial process after extending my stay did not deliver as advertised which caused me to get new keys 3 times!
