Horrible customer service
Had to interact with an obviously disgruntled slot tech and, this involved waiting a total of 35 minutes to get the machine fixed. When I complained to the slot manager on duty about the conduct of the tech, he told me to "have a nice day" so, I told him to "have a better one" because the customer service is HORRIBLE at Hollywood (not from everyone though).
