    Meh. The pillows are awful. The nice guy on the first night brought us a bunch which made things better. 2 of the four mornings, they were out of coffee which was a pain because we didn’t have time...

    We always enjoy staying at the Tru. Excellent service yesterday when we checked in. The hotel abd rooms are consistently clean.

    Alyssa checked us in and she was super welcoming and very nice. We love Tru by Hilton. I would highly recommend. The Elevators are smooth. Rooms are nice

    Pathetic place and even rude was the general manager. My wife was ill and made the checkout just 30 mins late and they charged for that , despite of this she was such a rude person to talk to...
