We would have given this place 5 stars if what is advertised was true. There is no WIFI at the campground, we asked an employee who confirmed that the campground does not offer WIFI (although it says they do online). The only area WIFI works is at common areas such as the pool and main office - which you can either drive or take a long walk to. The benefits of Fiddlers campground are its a great location. It’s easy walking distance to the visitor center, its park Ranger led programs, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, gift shop, general store, and the pool. A legal place to camp in Death Valley but little else.

This campground is basically a big gravel parking lot with sites that are very close together. It was hard to locate things like water or bathrooms. Hands down amazing for the value. The campground is in the Ranch area of the Oasis. The grounds of the Ranch are beautiful. The actual campground is a basic parking lot with picnic tables. Not perfect for tents. There is a bathroom nearby, but we used a different one in the ice cream parlor building, which is just a short walk away.
