I recently stayed at this property and found the room to be clean and spacious. I especially appreciated having a full kitchen, which was very convenient. However, the refrigerator was showing signs of rust and appears to be due for replacement. This experience was horrible i’ve never seen anything or experiencing anything like this.As a Hilton Gold member, I am extremely disappointed with my stay. My room was not properly cleaned for two consecutive days—conditions were outright filthy, with visible mold and trash left behind. I stayed at this hotel on a weekend family visit. I was pleased and not so pleased. Upon arrival the suite I booked and checked in for online was not available. The manager stated she tried to contact me about two hours before my arrival but I had no missed call or voice mail. I was kindly upset. She gave us then a discount on another room.
