My reservation was for one night with my 15 year old son for a tennis tournament. All we did was sleep, shower and check out. But after we checked in my son called from the shower saying there was NO body wash or shampoo left, all the dispensers were empty that means there was no inspection from the staff. I’ve stayed in other Homes2Suites and would rate this average. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean with exception of large stain on one bed and lamp shade missing. Staff made up bed and changed towels after second night but nothing else. Breakfast was standard fare but nothing outstanding. Extremely upset!
I booked the reservation through Booking.com which is Expedia. For the night of May 29, 2025. I acknowledged I have a small dog. I drive from Maryland to Daytona Beach for my granddaughters high school graduation. The reservation was for one night for $168 with taxes and fees included. Very nice & clean rooms here. It’s a good hotel to stay at , front desk very professional. I will definitely stay here again. It is also right across from the Daytona International Speedway. Avoid at all costs!! Hotel canceled reservation and refuses to do anything.
Made a reservation back in January 2024 for a trip in January 2025. Booked the hotel first as we knew it would be a busy weekend in that area due to the Rolex24. Since we had a hotel, we bought race tickets and booked flights. In June I got a "your reservation has been canceled" email out of nowhere.
