A great 7day vacation.
The Hilton Regency was very clean. We enjoyed our stay there. The beds were very comfortable.We had a full kitchen with everything we needed. We look forward to coming back again. Self catering option in good location for Rolex 24 and LSR beach
Travelling solo to the Rolex 24 at Daytona, I was looking for a hotel on the beach that was a reasonable price. This place ticks the boxes on both fronts. But was it a hotel? Worst place we have ever stayed !!
Dishes were nasty & stunk like rotten trash. Rooms were dirty & extremely small. Had to move rooms 3 times for a 2 week stay. The last room had mold & wet carpet. I have asthma and neither of us could not breathe in this room. Front desk said she had another room for 1 night. But didnt know what she would do with us after that. The room wasn’t well ventilated and moisture was on the inside of my window for the entire stay, the metal tissue holder in the bathroom was rusted, and there was no place to hang my dress shirts and trousers in the closet because of the equipment in there. This is an older property but it seems well maintained and clean. We had a direct oceanfront room which was large and comfortable. The views were great but would have been better from a higher floor. Staff was helpful and considerate. Check in time is 4pm and I received a text at exactly 4pm that our room was ready. We arrived much earlier and sat at the pool.
