Hidden Fees Galore for Very Little Amenities
Hotel has changed policies to incorporate as many extra charges and hidden fees as possible. They advertise amenities they no longer have. Breakfast is not included, they have a restaurant style bar in the lobby and you have to pay extra for service and food. Parking is $10 per night. Late check out is $10 per hour. I would not recommend this hotel.The "friendly staff" gave me a lousy room, second floor right over the pool so you could shake hands with the swimming guests that is how public this room seemed. And on the left was a big structure. My oceanfront room had no view. And there was a suspicious looking bug in the bathroom. I was offered another room higher up, to move to in the morning. The staff did not look happy. Most our the encounter with the employees seems to be on the defensive side. Breakfast has a big breakdown. The 2 waitresses did every thing they could to handle the volume of customers. They seems to be very short of staff. We will not recommend and we will never come back. My wife and I visited the Garden Grill and Bar for breakfast this morning. The atmosphere was sunny and relaxed.
