We had an amazing experience, and the valet team truly made our stay memorable. The level of service was unmatched, especially whenever Robert was on site. Because of the traffic I decided to valet at the Statler and Robert was efficient with his customer service made sure I was helped and even recommended the rooftop to lounge and it amazing and worth the look ! I was treated with respect and he is very professional.
