It was a nice place for a layover before traveling on. The staff was very friendly and greeted me when I arrived. We stayed on the 10th floor. The hallway was hot when we got off the elevator. The room was cool and clean. The TV would go in and out of signal which was disappointing. The breakfast was outstanding! Such variety. Not the usual. It’s good, but not great. First of all, parking is crazy expensive. I’m sorry but almost 38$ a day to not even really be near any main attractions seems crazy. I’m sorry, it’s close to Medieval Times. But nothing not much else. The rooms are nice, and I appreciated the upgrade. Room was clean and the housekeeping actually took out the trash which was shocking. So a few key wins. The lounge… ya tha… It’s good, but not great. First of all, parking is crazy expensive. First off- the staff was wonderful!!!!! Especially the woman that was there as I checked in and out! Such a genuine and kind human!!!!!!!! Stay was good. Room was ok- there was a light out in the bathroom mirror which made it difficult to see when putting on makeup, but it wasn’t terrible. I did find a few small ants on the wall near the bar.
