I stayed at this location while traveling out of state, just trying to get some rest during a long road trip with my children. The room itself was nice and clean, but the hospitality was completely lacking.I was treated with clear disrespect by the staff—they were unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Bathroom smells, room was dirty, shower curtain looks like it hasn’t been changed. Found a small roach near the vanity. Wasn’t able to sleep because you can hear the other room, on my case there was screaming and fighting. Find somewhere else to stay at. This was a really great hotel.
