We stayed in their deluxe queen room for 3 nights and things were fine until we found that the room had baby roaches. We went through all of our clothing and bags several times to make sure we weren’t bringing any home with us. When we spoke to the front desk we received half hearted apologies but were moved to another room pretty quickly. I loved every bit of this place The staff and the valet service were my favorite. Tiffany at the front desk is hilarious 5 stars for her and her coworker. No parking!

Was in town to see Wicked. Our room was clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The location is great for seeing many things downtown. The only actual complaint is the $50 per day for valet parking. The hotel offers no parking access except the valet service and parking should be complimentary for guests.
