This is probably one of the best hotel experiences I have EVER had! The art work, the restaurant and bar and the housekeepers were all so NICE! Despite some check in problems AXEL was extremely helpful and made sure our experience was one of the BEST! He didn’t hesitate to fix a problem we had and was so pleasant our entire stay! We had a very nice stay at the Lorenzo Hotel while in Dallas for a concert. A 2 day trip became a 4 day very easily. Our room was perfect and the hotel itself is a lot to take in. Not a place for overactive OCD but good for ADHD or ADD. :) We ate room service and had drinks and breakfast at Hamiltons. The hospitality at the hotel was outstanding.
