The hotel is north of downtown Dallas, nestled in the prestigious Preston Road area of West Plano.     Love this hotel just a few hiccups. Staff was great. Room was somewhat clean. Could have had better room service. They just folded dirty towels and put them back on the rack. Breakfast ended to early.
