My experience was one of the worst in this place, except in the rooms, everything was very clean and nice, I can't believe there are people as unpleasant as the kitchen staff (Martha). Worst Hilton Travel and Customer Experience EVER!
As others have mentioned, Don't Stay Here, I too planned to stay and paid in advance to stay and when I arrived in the late evening I was informed I got bumped for a volley ball tournament. Good stay for a couple nights with kitchen
I have more positive things to say than negative. For a hotel with kitchenettes, the room and kitchen is very clean and that is really the first thing I require for a room with a kitchen. I loved how the housekeeping folded everything into floral shapes down to the plastic bag for the ice machine.
