  I got charged for an extra night's stay and can't get anyone there to give me the refund I'm due.

  I was charged for an extra night's stay because a front desk clerk didn't check me out of my rooms in spite of my leaving and giving her our room keys.   First of all, Anthony at the front desk was AMAZING. None of this reflects upon him. He was patient and professional, which helped keep me calm in a frustrating situation. My husband travels for work a lot. He was in Maine and my children and I needed to go to Dallas for a football game.
