I’ve been a loyal Hilton customer for the last 3-4 years. I’ve never had an issue with a property until this week. I decided to visit the garden Inn in downtown Dallas. The manger was actually working the check in desk (David) when I approached with my service dog that’s a PTSD dog. We’ve been on many trips to mostly a Hilton property.
