Brilliant Hotel
Booked for a 1 night stay and didn't disappoint. Hotel is clean and bright and the rooms are fantastic. Worst Stay Ever
Our experience was terrible from the start. The bathroom in our room was clogged upon arrival, making it completely unusable. When we asked reception for a room change or maintenance, we were told there were no available rooms and that no maintenance staff was on-site, on a Saturday evening. Wonderful professional staff, great place to stay.
The room was nice, clean and well kept, the breakfast was tasty but what makes this hotel a standout are its people. Nice hotel, odd location
This hotel itself is fine. The location isn’t optimum if you’re interested in being pretty close to restaurants and shopping, activities, etc. It is basically on an access road by a freeway. That said, most of the rooms on the backside are quiet. It is just awkward getting there, and parking is pretty awful if you come in late at night. Upon arriving to check in, no one was at the front desk. Room was fine, no house keeping came to clean the room and or to get towels. Called the front desk to obtain clean towels. I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk, got handed a trash bag to put the towels in and was given clean towels.
