A Quality Experience
This is truly a quality hotel. Clean, modern, spacious, complete with thoughtful amenities, wonderful staff, great location, comfy bed, no weird smells, amazing breakfast, large TV in room, fridge, and microwave, nice gym, pool and hot tub, large and spacious elevators, spacious rooms, A/C quiet and works well, and my favorite, a QUIET night’s sleep. Unfortunate Hotel Choice
The rooms, property, and location are great, as is Rebecca at the front desk. The rest is awful. As I am disabled due to a severe anxiety disorder, necessitating a service dog, I carefully considered all the Hilton properties in Colorado Springs before choosing this one based on its great reviews. Convenient Location
This Hampton Inn is in a convenient location on the north side of Colorado Springs, near the main entrance to the Air Force Academy and just off of I-25. This Hotel needs to DROP the Hilton name!!
Came to this hotel thinking that it’ll just be a simple, clean, Hilton stay, and it was worse than I expected. This hotel isn’t even that old. It’s about 5 years old. I think Hilton put a new style for Hampton Inn because what I’m used to, it looks nothing like a Hampton. I’m shocked and ashamed to say that my room was a bit dirty. Our king room was spacious, with a sofa and mountain views — very clean and nicely styled. However, the room wasn’t ready at 4 pm, which caused some stress. Inconsistent service: one check-in agent was a bit snarky, the checkout guy was great. They also gave us a hard time for requesting stayover housekeeping.
