I was a little nervous about this stay before arriving. When I called with questions prior to our trip, the staff didn't seem particularly friendly, and messages I sent through the website went unanswered. Thankfully, once we arrived, our experience was completely different.The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and even honored my request for a higher floor. Great location & nice rooms - checking & parking left a bad impression.The guy checking us in could have cared less about his job & the customers. We had to ask about park, found out the lot is “under construction” told to park next door at the Courtyard- no direction on how to get there or if there is a certain area- charged $15!!!!! The location of the Hampton is very convenient and located right off the main highway that runs the length of Cocoa Beach. The atmosphere is very laid back and quiet, I never once felt overwhelmed by crowds or noise. The room that we ordered was spacious and quiet, and had an excellent balcony view of the beach.
