My daughter and I indulged in a 4 -night / 5-day Stress Relief Wellness Retreat. Mary, the Wellness Director could not have been more flexible in coping with our flight changes and delays! While we arrived later than anticipated, Mary made certain we had a relaxing mineral bath after getting settled in our room and enjoying the tour of the facility. Horrible, pathetic, exhausting and disgusting Day at Safety Harbor Resort and Spa
My daughter and I were scheduled for facials, pedicures and massages. Upon arrival we were given an itinerary, facials 9:00, pedicures 11:30, lunch 12:30 and massages at 3:00 we agreed worst facials we ever had, no exfoliation, all I got was face washing and lotion and lady asking me 3 times about purchasing products after I told her 1st time not interested, very annoying, not relaxing at all for… My daughter and I were scheduled for facials, pedicures and massages. What a great place to spend a spa weekend! from the moment I arrived I was so impressed with the friendly service of Safety Harbor Resort & Spa. We’ve just had a 2 night stay at this hotel. We were in Room 232 which was on the ground floor in the Athena wing.Spacious room with comfortable bed. TV, fridge, coffee machine. Bathroom with shower over the bath.We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food.We did use the pool and soa area which were good.It’s a big sprawling resort with obviously many additions over the years.
