We arrived at 8pm and we went through 3 rooms. The first one had a leaking toilet all over the floor, the next one had coach roaches in the bathroom and the last one we were honestly scared to go into not sure what we would find this time. The 3rd one had a blood stain on the wall, we had them clean it off but were too tired after the hour and half ordeal we just wanted to stop. Upon checking in there was a mix up. I was referred to this location from another IHG hotel who was very helpful in getting me what I exactly wanted. If it wasn’t for the front desk staff Ms Joshalynn from the candlewood suites in Maryland who went out of her way to provide me with the location, amenities and the great surroundings I probably would have missed a wonderful time. Only gave 4 stars as decor is dated & in need of update. Facilities & location really good. No cushions in lounge area & patio furniture uncomfortable needs upgrade.
