The hotel has 425 rooms, including 14 suites and 10 single rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift.     I return to this resort every year due to the exceptional customer service!For this trip, I want to give a special thanks and shout out to Dylan and Daphne at the reservation area, Lena from valet and Taylor from the restaurant. Jennifer who kept my room clean and tidy is also wonderful.This group of individuals made my stay a home away from home and I appreciate them going above and beyond.
