  This is a motel so we were under no illusions about having breakfast or other standard amenities. However we were paying for a 3-star hotel here. Made no sense.   I came to the area to participate in the bridge run. The event was great, but this location left a lot to be desired. Where do I even begin? The rates were not what we were told on the phone. We paid more than $240 a night for a two-star motel.   DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is terrible. The front desk area smells of cigarette smoke. The room itself was dirty. Although the bed was made, there was a used wet towel in the bathroom, the toilet was dirty and the room was generally unclean. The cleaner was adamant he had cleaned the room.   This hotel is a nice place. I was surprised at how nice the rooms are -- very clean and well maintained. My girlfriend and I had a nice getaway here while here for a work project. She really liked how quiet it is and we have a dog so that helped too.I would give it 5 stars if not for the front desk guy Dennis who was in a bad mood for our entire stay!
