My wife and I recently stayed at this property for 4 nights, and experienced some of the best customer service we’ve ever had at a hotel! Maddie and Ray at the bar were very welcoming and informative, and really made us feel like family. Alba at the front desk was very professional and courteous. We stayed here for two nights in December 2025. Being a Homewood Suites we didn’t expect any type of refinement, etc. The staff was very curteous and kind. The location is ideal for Charleston if you are willing to walk half an hour. Room and hallways felt very much used/ abused. The carpets, draperies and room sofa are in serious need of replacement.
