I have stayed there several times now and happy with the location right off the freeway. A couple of good places close to eat at. I had a great experience staying at the hotel. Rajiv at front desk was exceptional with his hospitality and professionalism. Check in process was smooth, breakfast was good and the security is quite satisfactory. Calling this a Best Western "Plus" or an "Executive" property is a joke. It's a very well-worn property that is badly in need of an upgrade and I'm a little surprised that Best Western continues to allow it to use their name. The rooms are dated and dingy, the mattresses in our room were worn out and lumpy and the bathroom had black mold around the tub.
