Me and my hubby did a last minute get-away to Hyannis from the vineyard..We were greeted by sweet sara at the front desk, She had so much personality and a sweet heart. Helped us get checked in and told us about winter in hyannis…We just loved her, She was so kind and answered all our questions and there were lots of chit chat as we are high maintenance and she smiled and accommodated us the whole time..I would come back just for her a real gem in the heart of winter ☺️ Thanks Sara for making us smile..Keep up the good work😀 HYHI, at Holiday Inn Cape Cod - Hyannis by IHG, responded to this review Aww...how wonderful! Wonderful Convention Hotel!

Our glass collecting group held our 26th annual convention at the Holiday Inn Cape Cod-Hyannis. What a GREAT time we had! The hotel rooms were very clean, with comfortable mattresses. We utilized the entire Hyannis Ballroom, which was the perfect size for our event. Everyone was very pleased with the meals served during our 3-day event, as well as the meals served in the restaurant and bar. The hotel and staff EXCEEDED our expectations! Special thanks go out to Sarah and Navi at the front desk. SUPER job to Beth who worked in the restaurant and at our banquet meals. Also, Karen the bartender was excellent. Finally, Nancy (Sales Manager) and Jonathan (Food & Beverage Director) delivered EVERYTHING they had promised and helped make our event a complete success! Thank you from VGCI. Nice and comfortable Stay

Check in - Easy experience and guys at the desk really friendly and welcoming. 5/5Room - Had everything you needed, a little dated decor wise, but nice big cosy bed and jacuzzi bath was lovely after a long travel day from the UK. 4/5Food - After long travel day just wanted a quick bite at the hotel. Lady working the bar was lovely and chatty. Food was average, i had a burger and fries, fries were the best bit. Wife had a chicken caesar salad which again was average. 3/5Facilities - Wasn’t able to use the pool during our stay but looked nice. 4/5Overall nice stay! Brilliant hotel, lovely staff and great location

We stayed here 9 nights and what a lovely wee gem of a hotel. It’s got both an indoor and outdoor pool, gym, laundry and restaurant. Very nice ambiance as not too busy like the larger hotels. The only thing I would say is that it needs a bit of an upgrade as the decor is a bit tired and dated however the whole hotel is clean and tidy so no negatives at all. I would give a 5 star rating except for the hotel needing a bit of an upgrade. The staff are all amazing and can’t do enough for you. Close to Cape Cod Mall and 5 minute drive to Hyannis. Exceptional hotel with great staff, two pools, bar and dining rooms. Close to shopping , ferry and restaurants.

The Front Desk staff , the. Breakfast staff, Jonathan and Jacki, Bar and dinner staff all so professional and give you a heartwarming experience. They are all very helpful , friendly and want you to have an enjoyable time as well as the food being delicious. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The hotel is close to the Ferry if you would like to visit Nantucket and Martha ‘s Vineyard for the day. Close to the beach, other restaurants and shopping on Main Street. You can visit JFk museum and his memorial. The hotel has two pools that are very nice. Overall our stay was a 5 stars plus .
