Best experience ever....................

We were able to book the same day as our Santa Get together. We were so please with every aspect of the stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean; food and service were the best. The staff bent ov backwards to accomodate our needs and insured a great time. The Hotel also was on top of our requirements for classrooms meeting rooms and the function. will be our 'go to' spot when we visit the Cape again.

My newest best hotel stay

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The place was so clean, the staff was delightful and the housekeeping staff was very efficient. The folks at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Marva went above and beyond when I explained a personal issue I had. I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. If you are choosing a hotel in the middle of Cape Cod, this is your destination. I can’t wait until my next stay here.

Well equipped hotel, but older

In its day this was probably a great hotel with a couple bars, restaurants, pool, etc. It’s clean but there is only so much you can do to brighten up an older hotel. First floor not great as they have dehumidifiers running in the hallway. Strange layout, like a shoots and ladders game. The service was friendly but execution not great as room service was missed and their group policy disallowed us water even though we were Hilton Honors members. Breakfast was very good and the server at breakfast was excellent. Convuluting Hotel, with lots of extras.

The Hotel Staff really were the 5 star incentive .From start at check in the reception staff were Amazing, Maraw in particular was super helpful , cheerful and friendly. The Hotel itself is spotless clean, and the Cleaning / Maintainance staff take great pride in their work. The cozy atmosphere by the bar/ restaurent area has easy relaxed seating and you can snuggle up infront of a warm atmospheric fire with a book, or newspaper.
