Our Great One-Week Break at WorldMark Resort!

We truly enjoyed a relaxing and refreshing one-week break at WorldMark Resort. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home.Each day, we appreciated the beautiful surroundings, quiet environment, and excellent amenities. It was the perfect getaway to rest, recharge, and simply enjoy quality time together. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant.As passionate birdwatchers, we were absolutely thrilled during our stay! While exploring the beautiful surroundings of the resort, we were excited to spot two new bird species for us in California. There is always something special about adding new species to our life list, and this experience made our one-week break even more memorable.The peaceful natural setting around the resort created the perfect opportunity to observe birds quietly and appreciate their beauty. Moments like these truly enrich our travels and remind us why we love birdwatching so much.Overall, it was a memorable and delightful vacation experience — one we will always cherish!

I love the clean, calm environment and heated pool! Quiet, family atmosphere, great service, cozy rooms and full kitchen!!1 I love this place, and it's a bang for your buck with two pools and two hot tubs!

BEWARE: TIMESHARE SALES TACTICS

BEWARE: HIGH PRESSURE SALES FOR THEIR TIMESHARE. At check in (a L-O-N-G process) we did not realize we were subject to and automatically "signed up" for an " VIP activities meeting" with them the next day (we told them our itinerary was full), nor that we would be billed $40 until we attended. (That was a surprise we found out about. It was refunded the next day.) The property is nice, the rooms large with the comforts of home. Internet is not included in the room rate and quite expensive. The staff are helpful. But, I won't stay here again. The pressure isn't worth it. Wyndham Destinations, Owner at WorldMark Windsor, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback. Location is great for wine tasting

If you are going to the wine region, this is an excellent location. Many tasting rooms and wineries in the vicinity. The resort is pleasant but usually busy. Rooms are clean. Grounds are maintained. The pool and hot tub are always crowded but clean. The biggest problem is the relentless sales pitch to become a member, upgrade your points etc. Wyndham Destinations, Owner at WorldMark Windsor, responded to this review Thank you for leaving a review of your stay with us. Unprofessional Business

Very unprofessional business practices, do not expect any customer service.We were supposed to check in last night, April 25, 2025. We had a confirmed confirmation, fully paid, through a third party website (Vio.com). Upon arrival we were told our reservation had been cancelled due to a higher than expected volume of bookings and I should have been notified, and it was our responsibility to work through our third party to get a refund and find a new place to stay at 6pm at night, after being at an event all day.We called Vio, explained and Vio reached out to WorldMark while we were on hold. Vio told us WorldMark could not give them a reason for the cancellation and that they could not provide a date they supposedly notified them. I tend to believe Vio as they took care of us, finding another hotel in the area for us to stay, at no additional cost to us (even though its passport weekend and rates are likely higher). Vio followed up with another email this morning about their investigation into this with WorldMark.WorldMark left us high and dry, not able to stay at the same property as the rest of our party, and no explanation even after talking to assistant manager onsite last night. “There is nothing I can do.” Wyndham Destinations, Owner at WorldMark Windsor, responded to this review We’re terribly sorry to learn about your canceled reservation. While we strive to accommodate all of our guests, unfortunately, sometimes we do fall short. When we do, we try to make it right. We sincerely apologize.
