I stayed at the Napa Valley Marriott for $270 a night and was disappointed. The room was average and the bathroom not clean. I was surprised by a bill full of taxes and fees. Food options were surprisingly poor, though the pool was nice—just no staff around. I was misled about the daily credit and got no info on breakfast. Overall, poor service and not welcoming—the worst Marriott I’ve visited as… I stayed at the Napa Valley Marriott for $270 a night and was disappointed. Shout out to staff at Napa Valley Marriott who helped us with our reservation on the weekend 101 got shut down from the King Tides. We got stuck in San Rafael with nowhere to go. The boss at the VINeleven bar/restaurant is extremely rude. The hotel would be wise to move on to somebody who is nicer to their customers that have a choice of where to spend money. We had a wonderful experience and it was because of Gaby at the front desk, who checked us in. There was a slight mixup in our reservations, which was our fault. She went above and beyond to fix it.
