  It's a great location if you're driving on Hwy 1 and the staff is very nice and friendly. They provide a roof over your head, a bed and a fridge. The room (including bathroom and linen) was dirty.   I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others—especially those with asthma or sensitivities.I stayed here with my family and was only able to remain in the room for about 30 minutes. There was a strong odor of mildew mixed with cleaning chemicals, which made the room unbearable. It seemed like the cleaner may have been used to mask the mildew smell.   This dump is next to a busy intersection and a gas station is in the parking lot. It is loud 24/7. The hallways are gross. The mattresses are old, lumpy and saggy. You can feel the springs! So not for anyone who wants a decent night's sleep. A/C is loud, but it works. That is the only positive.   I love this spot. Love the staff, espetially greatful to Matt because he cares about how to place guests in the best way.   I asked for a refund 40-minutes after checking in. The front desk was nice about a refund and wanted to accommodate me but couldn’t because I booked through a third party. I would have to deal with them directly or take the charge.
