  No upkeep, falling apart, towels issues, no ice.

  The 4 pics show the following. Toilette was loose with a lid that doesn’t fit, Mold growing behind the toilet Molding and trim falling off the walls, bits of the popcorn ceiling finish kept falling on the beds.   My 4th time here but never again due to little customer satisfaction this time . Internet off / on constantly ( told it’s because others are accessing ) soap turned toxic w mold the next morning ( was told it was not their soap cuz they had soap dispensers ( not true) and I was made to feel like I made the soap story up for a free room vs any concern for safety , no coffee pot, blow dryer as it wa… Read moreMy 4th time here but never again due to little customer satisfaction this time .   They over book here and don't guarantee you will have a room at all!!!

  We booked two rooms with double beds, two weeks prior to trip to the Falls. After walking ten miles, we headed to the hotel only to be told, they did not have our rooms! They tried to give us one bed per room stating that that is all they had available! In other words, they booked our rooms, probably at an up charge, to someone else!So we ended up driving 3 hours home!   I checked in around 2AM after several hours of flight delays. The employee at the check-in counter was very nice and got me checked in quickly and gave directions to my room, which turned out to be an Accessible Room. This might be the least comfortable room I have ever stayed in. There was a strong smell of stale cigatette smoke.
