The hotel is definitely dated, and my room had a musty smell. The bed squeaked every time I moved, so getting a good night’s sleep was nearly impossible. Breakfast wasn’t much better—there were flies all around the continental breakfast area, which wasn’t exactly appetizing. I called the hotel and booked directly with them. I purchased travel protection w my booking. Several days before I was to leave my windshield was shattered in an accident. I just got a call from a relative who was trying to visit due to a healthcare emergency in our family. The general manager of this hotel was unpleasant and rude. I've lived in Bordentown my whole life and I'm very involved in the downtown community. I will be making it known to all our organizations about this behavior. Has decayed. Coming there a long time... Not the same as it was. The new people there need some classes in customer service and etiquette. Can't turn ac on in the rooms to not waste power? U book a room online to walk into a stall air, the ice machine is loud, and the toilet is wobbly.
