Loved this place. Front desk staff was super friendly and extremely accommodating, Place was immaculate and bed was sooooo comfortable. Our omelets at The Palms Restaurant were delicious. Staff members are very kind and helpful, room is clean, there is a restaurant downstairs which is a lifesaver during a snow storm. My daughter booked two night stay September 30th till October 2nd, 2025. Today October 1st Days Inn Wyndham Toms River NJ called asked if we were going to come in and pick our belongs up. We weren't due to check out until Thursday October 2nd and they also were attempting to charge her $174 to book for another night. My daughter can't get this rectified until after 3pm 10/1/25 as the manager will not be in till that time. There were 2 gentleman that checked out this morning at 6:30 am, my daughter was still in the room at that time. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A ROOM THERE, I've had other family members stay there and they didn't enjoy their stay either. As of 1:50pm October 1st,2025 my daughter has yet to receive a refund and according to her bank NO REFUND HAS BE INITIATED which I as her mother find ludicrous. I also ventureto say that this is theft by decit. The room keys were dropped into our check-out box at the front desk. Because of this, we were under the assumption that the guest had checked-out. Since we released the funds, it was explained that you will need to contact your bank further with any questions.

We were there for a family funeral. We were a large group and there seemed to be a sports group also checking in and only 1 person at check in desk. You would think with so many people checking in there would have been more help at desk. Also it was advertised to have a restaurant/bar. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, disappointed that we could not all gather together at hotel to celebrate the life of our loved one. The hotel was actually very clean no problem there.
