  Gross! Bugs!!?

  Found tiny bugs in our beds in room 318. They moved us to room 334, & we checked the beds before unloading & there were tiny bugs in that room too - we were scheduled for several more nights but decided we were grossed out at that point. The desk clerk wasn’t going to cancel our reservation for the current day because it was 3:30pm, but I insisted he call a manager, & they found a way to cancel our remaining reservation including for the current day. Check the beds for little buggies ??

  This was honestly a horrible stay, the chair was stained, hair in the bed, and it smelt very musty and made your throat burn. Breakfast was pretty good, average hotel breakfast. But besides breakfast, everything was giving old and kinda like a motel vibes.

  This looks like a typical Hilton when you drive up and walk in but once you get upstairs to the floors, everything changes. The carpet is old, stained and smells musty. The room we stayed in was at the end of the hall and the closer we got to it, the darker the hall was. Clearly there were several lights out in the hallway. We had a suite but the furniture was dated and dirty, the bathroom was dated and wasn't clean in the shower area. One of the bedside lights didn’t work, changing the lightbulb myself didn’t fix it either. The clock next to the bed had the wrong time set and was locked down and couldn’t be changed. The tv remote didn’t work and had to take it downstairs to have the batteries replaced. There is NO modernization of any kind to account for current/newer device charging of any kind. We stayed 2 nights and then decided to add an additional stay to see family while in town. They offered to extend the booking at the same rate which was twice the amount that a new rsvp was quoting. So we had to book a whole new RSVP at the new rate. They were nice enough to allow us to stay in the same room…. But that was about as nice as the staff were going to be after that point. This hotel has the ability to be really nice, large spaces and rooms but the management and upkeep of the facility is lacking horribly. Hilton should be embarrassed this is one of their properties.

  They are in desperate need of an upgrade. Everything is old and outdated. The room was largely clean, BUT there were crumbs in the dresser drawers and as I was checking the closet when I left I found a filthy, disgusting towel from a previous guest. Repairs (and probably original construction of the room are shoddy. Poor caulking jobs, rusting metal fixtures, broken glass on the mirror, damage to desk from overuse (chair scraping it), stains on the chair, and an incredibly creaky bed frame.On the plus side, the AC worked well and seemed like a newer model.Staff at the front desk were fair. Not necessarily friendly, but at least competent. Breakfast was meh. Standard Hampton. The only fruit was some apples out on a table. Time in the elevator was shattered.I won’t return until after they’ve been renovated.

  Avoid at all costs!

  I’m currently in the middle of my stay here and I wish I trusted my gut and stayed somewhere else. Unfortunately, this is the team hotel for my baseball tournament and I’m disappointed in Hilton because this has been an awful experience. The rooms are dirty and there’s still items from a previous guests stay which proves there’s no cleaning happening around here. Everything in here is outdated, there’s trash in the hallways, there’s a pair of men’s boxers on the floor in the ice machine room, the room phone doesn’t work, and the list goes on and on. The icing on the cake is that for the last few hours my room has been producing a fire like smell and I was told that they could come “look around” but other than that, I’d have to wait until tomorrow to talk to management. I’m concerned about my safety and ultimately my health and my best option to is inhale these fumes overnight or to go sleep in my car. I can’t get out of here fast enough! This is completely unacceptable!!!
