    My stay at Hotel Ella was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment my boyfriend and I arrived, everything felt so thoughtful and perfectly curated to make our experience special. Cece really went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She was so warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were comfortable and happy the entire time. I enjoyed being with her when I stayed here last year, and I was ecstatic to have her taking care of me AGAIN this trip.Hotel Ella created such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, and with Cece’s exceptional service, it made our time there feel even more memorable. It was the perfect getaway for me and my boyfriend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!     Hotel Ella was a fantastic detour on my trip to Austin. I was visiting from Chicago to attend a friends wedding and Hotel Ella was recommended to me. Cece was great at the front desk and made sure I knew where all the cool spots were in the heart of Austin. When I went to Goodalls I had the French toast and it was amazing. Overall my hotel Ella experience is one I’ll never forget. Definitely a 10/10 and will recommend it to friends.     Very cool, historic building and comfortable, clean and friendly hotel. Only had one night here but would have liked to stay longer. Walking distance (20 mins) to university area.
