Although this is not a 5 star hotel, you will have an excellent location with wonderful and accommodating staff. Terrible service
I never made it to the hotel due to the storm but even though they have a weather waiver policy they are still refusing to give me a refund. When I requested the refusal in writing they are just ignoring my request.
