Dirty Hallway on the 2nd floor

Generally our stay was good, but like most reviews I feel compelled to say something when I have a negative experience. The floor in the 2nd floor hallway needs to be vacuumed. Everyday. There is dirt and bits of paper throughout the 2nd floor hallway. And the same dirt and paper has been thrrr for two days. The parking doesn’t supply a shuttle between 1-4pm to or from the airport. This is such a stupid thing as if your flight arrives between that time you’re stuck with a $20 plus taxi ride or ride share service. If you call the front desk they will not even give advice on how to get to the hotel. I guess I should have paid heed to the other reviews on this hotel.We have always been very satisfied with Hampton, but this changed all of that.Reserved here mainly because it was near the airport.When we got to the room, I found several strands of hair in the bath tub and had to rinse it out. The toilet seat was literally falling off of the toilet. Spent four comfortable nights here before flying out from Austin Airport. Hotel easily accessed off Hwy 71, Ben White Blvd, and fifteen minutes drive from South Congress or downtown.
