Disappointing. Business trip, client in immediate area, so ideal location. However, several other well-known chain hotels in the area would have been better choices. There for one night, but unacceptable issues: toilet did not flush properly; could not get hot water in shower in the morning, in-room refrigerator set way too cold, so yogurt purchased for breakfast froze solid overnight. he biggest highlight was definitely the front desk staff. Celia, Dion, and Nia were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond what I expected. They were friendly, professional, and truly made a difference during our stay.The hotel itself is a bit dated, and the rooms could definitely use some updating.
