  This hotel needs to be shut down. Rooms are dirty. It’s old and has bugs. Floors do not have carpet and your feel are always black socks are black and had to be put I.   Dumpy yet decent

  To be frank, Atlantic City is dumpy, so this fits the bill. Our stay was fine, yes its run down/seedy BUT it's very close to the Hard Rock Cafe & casino. This is why we stayed here A 4- 5 minute walk. The bed was comfy, and my wife inspected the sheets/bedding before we got in.   Stay away!!!!!! This place is a carbuncle!!! It is old tired grungy carpets are dirty, bathroom is disgusting. Thank goodness we were there over only one night. In at 4 and out by 9.   My best advice is if you stay here you better have a sense of humor, a updated tetanus shot and a affinity for thick bathroom caulk. The entire building is shifting to the left and you won’t have to worry about a fire because it seems that the whole building is “moist” from water damage so rest easy!!   Reserved two nights on Hotwire and knew it was a budget motel but Red Carpet is the absolute worst place I've ever stayed. If I wasn't there with friends to do a triathlon, I would have left immediately. The carpeting was filthy and everything in the room smelled funky.
