    Run down with mold throughout bathroom.

    By far the worst Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed in, which is a brand we are usually happy with. Besides just being run down in general, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting with mold throughout. We would never stay here again.

    First, desk staff were friendly and accommodating but they can’t fix the problems with this obviously older hotel that needs lots of attention.We were there for 5 nights in a suite. Our first room on the first floor had sopping wet carpeting from the entrance to the bedroom to the dining bar section of the kitchen. We were moved to the third floor with dry carpeting but the full gamut of bathroom plumbing issues. The “stylish” sink faucet puts most of the water on the counter not the sink. The toilet handle was falling off and we hand to manually fix the running toilet daily. The tub drains at a snail’s pace so while showering you are standing in ankle deep water.The sitting room furniture (a single love seat) was the same style in both rooms we had and was about as comfortable as an old wooden church pew.We would not pick this location again.

    This location is now my least favorite Hilton property dryer does not work unfriendly staff outdated rooms weak WiFi broken chairs in rooms weak toilets I can go on and on don’t bother staying here I left and went Nextdoor to the Hilton garden in and had a much better stay

    Walls have peeling wallpaper, very dated and dirty, mold all over the bathroom. TV didn’t work. Pool was filthy.

    This hotel is in desperate need of updates. The front desk staff was very friendly. But the hotel itself is just sad. And the rate of almost $300 for one night is literal highway robbery. It smells bad in our room, all the furniture is broken. There are stains on the walls and the sheets. There are stains on the bathroom walls, which I think might be mold. The bathtub is chipped and moldy. If all rooms in the area weren’t sold out we would be gone. We stay at Hilton properties all of the time for sports tournaments and family trips and this is by far the worst room I have seen.
