  This is such an excellent place to stay. We had a Condo that had everything we needed. The staff was really really nice. We had free parking and the location is unbelievable. Just steps from the Metro, the buses and restaurants, and shops galore. I don’t know why anybody would say there’s nothing to do here. Old town has a very old relaxed flavor, which is exactly why we came here.This is such an excellent place to stay. We had a Condo that had everything we needed. The staff was really really nice.   Beautiful facility up the Potomac, worth it to take River Taxi up or to DC or Virginia. The problem is there’s nothing in National City; we felt marooned. There’s a huge gambling place at the MGM however we don’t gamble, so nothing much to do. I can’t figure out why anyone would come here, as mentioned the hotel is very nice but that’s it, maybe it’s livelier in the summer months?Beautiful facility up the Potomac, worth it to take River Taxi up or to DC or Virginia.   Never buy a timeshare anywhere! There is too much ( too many details) which the timeshare salespeople do not tell you. That being said, this location is nice for visiting Old Town Alexandria and DC; right by the Metro station. This is not a resort; there are few amenities, just a “fitness center”, no pool and little outdoor space in which to relax.Never buy a timeshare anywhere!   The location was amazing! Close to metro, bus pick up and the Alexandria trolley! The staff was absolutely amazing the accomodations were perfect!
