    I tried to submit feedback to the published hotel email and even that does not work. My bad experience started even before I arrived. The person who I interacted with (Videll) was borderline offensive when I asked for help to solve my need for food. (all she needed to do was to offer solutions, even just tell me that there where things to eat in the market next to the front desk). The bathroom was messy, the showerhead was dirty and did not work properly, the iron was dirty with melted plastic which ruined my shirt, the water fountain in the fitness room was not working, the fitness room equipment closet was completely empty and not even the scale in the fitness room had batteries. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to do so.

    The room was dingy & not well maintained. There were also some cosmetic issues that the hotel seemed too lazy or incompetent to fix. The front desk staff seemed very incompetent & extremely lazy. The morning I was checking out I called the front desk for more toilet paper & a bathmat & was told to come to the front desk to pick it up. When I got there the person at the desk the front desk attendant was playing on her phone & it seemed like I was inconvenience her. She also did not have any toilet paper & handed me a box of kleenex as a quick fix. Also, my wife had been at the hotel for a conference & I had to recheck-in for the weekend reservation. The front desk staff seemed like this was an inconvenience to do this. At this point I had requested room service on Friday but they did not come until Saturday. The hotel had been texting me on Friday but did not communicate regarding the no show on Friday. Overall the staff is either incompetent or just flat out lazy. There are better options to stay here in town.

    This hotel is THE WORST hotel in the Hilton brand that I have EVER stayed. My daughter and young granddaughters arrived late at night from a long road trip, they were tired, hungry and just wanted to get to our room. It took us over 30 minutes to look for parking, when we asked the clerk she said if we found a space it would be $20 per night, and suggested public parking a few blocks from the hotel, when we drove around the hotel, all we saw was homeless people and no parking lots available to guests, we returned to the hotel and finally found a spot waiting another 30 minutes. When we finally checked in we asked the clerk if she had any chocolate chip cookies for the girls, she said no in a nasty, rude way as she was bothered that we asked. We continued to our room to rest and the next morning when we checked out the girls asked for cookies again, a different clerk said no, it is too early, we don't have any, not friendly at all! I absolutely HATED this hotel and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Especially arriving at night with children, it is not a safe area at all!

    Absolutely terrible. The parking situation is bad the WiFi sucks the rooms have stains all over the walls and furniture. Looks pretty run down yet every food or beverage is marked up as high as can be. Parking is expensive compared to every other hotel. The water is either luke warm coming out of the shower or randomly blazing hot. Manager is rude and argumentative/ dismissive if you bring up any issue. Regular employees including the maids are VERY NICE. I honestly can’t believe this hotel is tied to the Hilton name. It’s a motel 6 with lipstick on it.

    Our shuttle driver, Jared, was the absolute BEST! He was friendly, polite, and ultimate gentleman helping this older lady and 3 older friends! We would definitely stay here again just because of Jared!
