Loved it here, arranged a group annual booking for my angel girls & dealt with Beth all the way through, she was fab, very helpful. On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff, the lounge area & breakfast area was lovely. The rooms are a little tired but that doesn't put this review down as the staff go above & beyond. The hotel staff here are the nicest I’ve ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. A beautiful property with a large green landscape, a cosy lobby, and fairly spacious rooms. It is a bit dated and could use some maintenance. The staff was professional and the room was clean. Venessa at the bar was exceptionally helpful and kind. The property is located far from the city centre and public transport is erratic, so we preferred Uber.
